摘  要:针对测量低沸点流体流速时热式流量计的温度限制,本文设计了恒功率制冷型流量计并进行了实验验证。该装置由变温模块、数模转换模块、Arduino单片机、温度补偿模块组成,具备对低沸点液体或气体的流速定标与测量功能。装置设计包含制冷片的制冷效率选择、对被测流体进行定标计算、连接变温电路、以及利用半导体上下两点温差计算流速的程序编写。实验结果表明:在选用合适的制冷功率后,该装置在其最佳测量范围内有较高的测量精度,可以应用到物理实验的教学项目,培养学生综合知识应用能力。Aiming at the temperature limitation of thermal flowmeter when measuring low boiling point fluid flow rate,a constant power refrigeration flowmeter was designed and verified by experiment.The device is composed of variable temperature module,digital-to-analog conversion module,Arduino single chip microcomputer,and temperature compensation module.It has the function of calibration and measurement of the flow velocity of liquid or gas with low boiling point.The design of the device includes the selection of refrigeration efficiency of the cooling plate,the calibration calculation of the measured fluid,the connection of the variable temperature circuit,and the programming of the flow rate calculation by using the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the semiconductor.The experimental results show that the device has a good measurement accuracy in the optimal measurement range and meets the daily measurement requirements after selecting the appropriate refrigeration power.Applying this experimental instrument to experiment course for the physics major can cultivate their ability to apply comprehensive knowledge.
