逐瘀消癥方治疗子宫肌瘤的效果及对NF-κBP65、TSGF、VEGF的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察中药逐瘀消癥方治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选择2019年1月~2020年5月我院收治的接受保守治疗的子宫肌瘤患者110例,按照随机数字表法分为2组,每组55例,两组均口服米非司酮片,于月经结束后第1d开始服用,每次25mg,每日1次;治疗组同时口服中药逐瘀消癥方,水煎服,每日1剂,早晚分2次温服,经期停服。两组均连续治疗3个月经周期。比较两组治疗前后中医证候评分、肌瘤体积和子宫体积,并比较两组血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_(2))、核转录因子-κB P65(NF-κBP65)、肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF),并比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗后治疗组主症、次症评分均低于对照组(P<0.01),肌瘤体积、子宫体积均小于对照组(P<0.01),血清FSH、LH、E_(2)、NF-κBP65、TSGF、VEGF水平均低于对照组(P<0.01),临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),差异均有统计学意义。结论:逐瘀消癥方可有效改善中医证候,缩小肌瘤和子宫体积,降低性激素和血清NF-κBP65、TSGF、VEGF水平,治疗子宫肌瘤效果显著。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of using Zhuyu Xiaozheng Reipe in the Treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:110 patients with conservative treatment of hysteromyoma admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.Both groups began taking Mifepristone Tablets orally on the first day after menstruation,25 mg each time,once a day.The treatment group took Chinese medicine Zhuyu Xiaozheng Recipe orally at the same time,and it was taken decocted with water,one dose a day,took it warmly two times in morning and evening,menstrual stop.Both groups were treated consecutively for 3 menstrual cycles.Comparing the two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome score,fibroid volume and volume of the uterus,and compare the two groups of serum levels of follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E_(2)),nuclear factors-κBP65(NF-κBP65)and tumor specific growth factor(TSGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),and compared the two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:After treatment,the scores of main syndromes and secondary syndromes in the treatment group were all lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.01);the fibroid volume and uterine volume in the treatment group were all lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.01);the serum levels of FSH,LH,E_(2),NF-κBP65,TSGF and VEGF were all lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.01);the clinical efficacy was better than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),and the differences were statistically significant.Conclusion:Zhuyu Xiaozheng Recipe can effectively improve the TCM syndromes,reduce the fibroids and uterine volume,reduce the levels of sex hormone and serum NF-κBP65,TSGF and VEGF,and have a significant therapeutic effect on hysteromyoma.
