四川白兔不同杂交组合生产能力及肉质性能比较研究

摘　　要：为了比较四川白兔不同杂交组合的生产能力及肉质性能,筛选出表现优异的杂交组合。选择四川白兔、加利福尼亚兔、齐卡新西兰白兔和弗朗德兔作为亲本并以纯种四川白兔为对照组,设计四川白兔×加利福尼亚兔,四川白兔×齐卡新西兰白兔,四川白兔×弗朗德兔3个杂交组合,通过繁殖、产肉和肉质性能的27个性状指标来比较优劣。测定结果显示:繁殖性能方面,四川白兔×齐卡新西兰白兔组合的胎产仔数、胎产活仔数、21日龄仔兔数、断奶仔兔数显著高于其他组合(P<0.05),四川白兔×齐卡新西兰白兔和四川白兔×弗朗德兔组合的21日龄窝重和断奶体重显著高于其他组合(P<0.05);产肉性能方面,四川白兔×齐卡新西兰白兔组合的料重比、全净膛屠宰率以及半净膛屠宰率显著高于其他杂交组合(P<0.05),四川白兔×齐卡新西兰白兔和四川白兔×弗朗德兔组合的28日龄断奶重、84日龄重、日增重和宰前活重显著高于其他组合(P<0.05);肉质性能方面,四川白兔×齐卡新西兰白兔组合的滴水损失显著低于其他组合,其他肉质指标差异不显著。综合繁殖、产肉和肉质性能考虑,四川白兔×齐卡新西兰白兔组合为最优杂交组合,建议生产中选择齐卡新西兰白兔作为四川白兔杂交改良的父本进行推广应用。This experiment was conducted to compare the production and meat quality performance of sichuan whiterabbits with different cross combinations and screen out the crosses with excellent performance.Choose sichuanwhite rabbit,California rabbit,ZIKA New Zealand white rabbits and Flemish Giant rabbit as a parent with pure whiterabbit to the control group,sichuan design sichuan white rabbit×California,sichuan white rabbit×ZIKA New Zealandwhite rabbit,white rabbit×Flemish Giant in sichuan rabbit cross combinations,three by breeding,meat productionand meat performance of 27 indicators to compare their advantages and disadvantages.The results showed that:Reproductive performance,sichuan white rabbit x’s card combination of New Zealand white rabbit tires litter size,num-ber born alive,21 days of age seed count,weaning rabbit rabbit is significantly higher than other combination(P<0.05)sichuan white rabbit x ZIKA New Zealand white rabbits and sichuan white rabbit by Flemish Giant rabbit com-bination of the age of 21,litter weight and weaning weight is significantly higher than other combinations(P<0.05);Interms of meat performance,the ratio of feed to gain,full eviscerated slaughter rate and half eviscerated slaughter rateof Sichuan white rabbit×ZIKA New Zealand white rabbit combinations were significantly higher than those of othercombinations(P<0.05).The weaning weight at 28 days of age,weight at 84 days of age,daily gain and live weight be-fore slaughter of Sichuan white rabbit×ZIKA New Zealand white rabbit and Sichuan white rabbit×Fland rabbit combi-nations were significantly higher than those of the other two combinations(P<0.05);In terms of meat quality,the driploss of sichuan white rabbit×ZIKA New Zealand white rabbit combination was significantly lower than that of othercombinations,but there was no significant difference in other meat quality indexes.In consideration of breeding,meatproduction and meat quality,the combination of Sichuan white rabbit×ZIKA New Zealand white rabbit is the bestcross combinat
