成渝双城经济圈产业结构升级与环境效率——基于非动态面板门槛模型  

Upgrading of Industrial Structure and Environmental Efficiency in Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle——Based on the Non-dynamic Panel Threshold Model

摘　　要：运用基于窗口分析的超效率非期望产出的MinDS模型,测度2010~2018年成渝双城经济圈环境效率,并基于非动态面板模型,研究了产业结构升级对环境效率的非线性影响,最后对环境效率进行了空间自相关检验。结果表明:①成渝双城经济圈总体环境效率偏低,经济圈环境效率呈周期性波动上升态势;②在门槛模型下,人口密度、人均地区总产值对成渝双城经济圈环境效率的提升具有显著促进作用,城镇化率对成渝双城经济圈环境效率提升具有抑制作用;③成渝双城经济圈产业结构调整程度与产业结构转型对其环境效率存在单门槛效应,只有技术达到一定水平的条件下,产业结构升级才能显著改善环境效率,通过技术进步推进产业结构升级是改善环境效率的关键。This paper measures the environmental efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle from 2010 to 2018 by MinDS super-efficiency model of considering undesirable output.Then,it analyzes the nonlinear effect of industrial structure upgrading on environmental efficiency by Non-Dynamic Panel mode and examines the spatial effect of the environmental efficiency.Result shows that,the overall environmental efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle is low,and the environmental efficiency of the economic circle shows a trend of periodic fluctuation.Under the threshold model,Population density and per capita regional gross output value have significant promoting effects on the improvement of environmental efficiency in Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle,while the urbanization rate plays a restraining effect in the improvement of environmental efficiency of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle.The degree of industrial structure adjustment and industrial structure transformation in Chengdu-Chongqing Twin-City Economic Circle have a single threshold effect on environmental efficiency.Only when the technical level reaches a certain level can industrial structure upgrading significantly improve environmental efficiency,and promoting industrial structure upgrading through technological progress is the key to improving environmental efficiency.
