摘 要:基于2008~2018年中国A股制造业上市公司数据,考察数字技术应用对企业双元创新的影响。结果发现:数字技术应用对探索式创新与利用式创新均有显著促进作用;数字技术应用对探索式创新的促进作用在成长期企业中更显著,数字技术的创新赋能潜力与成长期企业相对积极的战略态势更为契合,为探索式创新提供了更大的空间;数字技术应用对利用式创新的促进作用在成熟期企业中更显著,数字技术能够有效整合成熟期企业相对丰富的冗余资源,并以此促进了利用式创新。Based on the data of A-share manufacturing companies listed in China from 2008 to 2018,this paper investigates the influence of digital technology application on enterprise ambidextrous innovation.Results show that,application of digital technology can significantly promote both exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation.Application of digital technology promotes exploratory innovation more significantly in growing enterprises.Innovation empowerment potential of digital technology is more consistent with the relatively positive strategic posture of growing enterprises,which provides more space for exploratory innovation.Application of digital technology promotes the exploitative innovation more significantly in mature enterprises.Digital technology can integrate the relatively rich redundant resources of mature enterprises,and thus promotes the exploitative innovation.
