摘 要:由于钢-混凝土竖向混合结构在工业厂房的优势,该结构体系在国内外工程中已得到广泛应用。但结构上下刚度突变、上柔下刚,其地震反应比一般单一材料的结构复杂,也没有专门的规范做出明确的规定。本文结合已有的研究成果,从概念设计出发,通过某烧结室低跨的设计实例,在满足现行国家标准、规范的前提下,利用PKPM结构设计软件对该工程结构进行计算分析,得出了满意的结果。文中介绍了竖向混合结构的设计要点,如两种结构之间连接节点的设计方法、阻尼比的确定、整体变形的控制等。结果表明:通过细致的分析,由下部混凝土框架与上部单层钢结构组成的竖向混合结构受力明确,能满足规范条文,可以在设计中采用。Due to the advantages of the steel-concrete vertical hybrid structure in industrial plants,this structural system has been widely used in domestic and foreign projects.However,the upper and lower rigidity of the structure change abruptly,and the upper is flexible and the lower is rigid,making the seismic response of the structure more complicated than that of a concrete structure or a steel structure.Besides,there is also no specification to make clear provisions.In the paper,combining with the existing research results and starting from the conceptual design,taking as an example a low-span engineering project of a sintering chamber,the PKPM structural design software is used to calculate and analyze the engineering structure under the premise of meeting the current national standards and specifications,and a satisfactory result is obtained.The design points of the vertical hybrid structure is introduced,such as the design method of the connection node between two structures,the determination of the damping ratio,and the control of the overall deformation.The results show that through careful analysis,the vertical hybrid structure composed of the lower concrete frame and the upper monolayer steel structure is clearly stressed.which meet the specifications and can be used in the design.
