摘　　要：目的了解2017年芜湖市幼儿园大班儿童睡眠问题的发生情况,探讨儿童睡眠问题的影响因素。方法整群抽取14所幼儿园大班儿童为调查对象,采用自制的生活行为习惯调查问卷进行集体问卷调查。使用统一编制的Epidata 3.0数据库录入数据,采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行数据分析。结果本次调查共回收有效问卷1272份,儿童睡眠问题检出率为41.9%,睡眠启动相关问题检出率为29.72%,睡眠行为异常检出率为11.71%,阻塞性睡眠检出率为11.95%,性别、是否足月、是否独立吃饭和吃饭时的心情是影响儿童睡眠启动相关问题的因素;单/双/多胎、胎次、糖类摄入频次和吃饭时的心情是影响儿童睡眠行为异常的因素;分娩方式、乳饮料摄入频次和吃饭时的心情是影响儿童阻塞性睡眠的因素。结论幼儿园大班儿童睡眠问题检出率偏高,需要根据不同睡眠问题并结合儿童身心状况给予个体化的指导。Objective To investigate the occurrence of and explore factors related to sleep problems among senior kindergarten children in Wuhu in 2017.Methods Cluster sampling was used to recruit 14 senior kindergarten children as the study subjects.Selfdeveloped life behavior questionnaire was used to collect information.Epidata 3.0 was used for data entry,and SPSS 19.0 was used for data analysis.Results 1272 valid questionnaires were collected during this survey.The detection rate of sleep problems was 41.9%.The dection rate of sleep-onset disorder,sleep behavior disorder,and obstructive sleep problems,the percentage was 29.72%,11.71%,and 11.95%respectively.Gender,gestation term,independent eating,and mood at meal time were factors related to child sleep-onset disorder.Single/twin/multiple births,parity,frequency of sugar intake and mood at meal time were factors related to sleep behavior disorder.Mode of delivery,frequency of milk drink intake and mood at meal time were factors related to child obstructive sleep problems.Conclusion The detection rate of sleep problems among senior kindergarten children is high.Individualized guidance should be given based on different sleep problems and children’s physical and mental conditions.
