摘　　要：对肝癌患者经导管肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)后疼痛的影响因素、管理现状及处理措施进行综述,归纳探讨TACE后疼痛影响因素,根据评估结果,探索出相应的疼痛管理策略。This paper reviewed the influencing factors,management status and management measures of pain after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization(TACE)in patients with liver cancer,summarized and discussed the influencing factors of pain after TACE,and explored corresponding pain management strategies according to the evaluation results.
