摘 要:目的考察不同消解方法对苦菜中Cu、Zn、Fe、Mn、Se、Co、K、Ca、Mg、Na、Pb、Cd共12种无机元素含量测定的效果。方法通过干法、湿法、微波消解法对样品进行处理,采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法对样品中12种无机元素的含量进行测定。结果用微波消解法消解样品时,测得12种无机元素线性关系良好(r≥0.9991),相对标准偏差为0.66%~4.33%,检出限为0.000245~0.08544 mg·L^(-1),加标回收率为81.60%~100.28%,各元素含量测定值均高于干法和湿法这两种消解方法。结论微波消解法是测定植物样品中无机元素的一种很好的预处理方法。Objective To investigate the effects of different digestion methods on the determination of twelve inorganic elements contents(Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Se,Co,K,Ca,Mg,Na,Pd and Cd)in bitter vegetables. Methods The samples were treated by dry,wet and microwave digestion methods respectively,the contents of twelve inorganic elements were determined by inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES).Results When the sample was digested by the microwave digestion method,the linear relationship between the twelve inorganic elements were good(r≥0.9991),the relative standard deviation of precision were 0. 66%-4.33%,the detection limits were 0.000245-0.08544 mg·L^(-1),the recoveries were 81.60%-100.28%,and the measured values of the content of each element are higher than the dry digestion and wet digestion method.Conclusion The microwave digestion method is a good pretreatment method for the determination of inorganic elements in plant samples.
