摘  要:随着制造技术和集成电路的发展,目前的芯片中已有振荡器集成。由于构成振荡器的MOS器件和电阻都极易随着电压和温度产生一定的变化,在不同的电压和温度下会导致芯片频率偏差。针对这一问题介绍了一种高低温频率自动测试系统的原理以及实现方法。其中硬件以STM32F107作为主控制器,配合高低温箱,采用等精度频率测量方法实现待测电路在不同电压和不同温度下的频率测量,软件部分基于MFC实现。经实际使用证明,该测试系统具有精度高、误差小、速度快等优点。With the development of manufacturing technology and integrated circuit,even to this day, oscillator have integrated into chips. Because the MOS devices and resistors that constitute the oscillator are easy to change with the voltage and temperature, the frequency deviation of the chips will be caused by different voltages and temperatures. In response to this problem, the principle and implementation method of a frequency automatic test system in high and low temperature is introduced. The hardware uses STM32 F107 as the main controller, with high and low temperature test box, using equal precision frequency measurement method to achieve frequency measurement in different temperature and different voltage. The software system is based on MFC. Proved by actual use, the test system has the advantages of high accuracy, low-error, fast-speed.
