摘　　要：体育教学中植入中国式摔跤是探索学校体育教学发展之路,文章采用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法从树立文化自信,提高身体素质,培养终身体育习惯和课程改革需要几个方面进行分析。其目的是解决学校体育缺乏适宜的训练内容和有效的训练手段,激发学生锻炼兴趣提高身体素质,促进健康中国战略的实施。Implanting Chinese wrestling into physical education is the way to explore the development of physical education in schools.By using the methods of literature review and logical analysis,this paper analyzes the following aspects:establishing cultural self-confidence,improving physical fitness,cultivating lifelong sports habits and curriculum reform.Its purpose is to solve the lack of suitable training content and effective training means in school physical education,stimulate students'interest in exercise,improve their physical fitness and promote the implementation of the healthy China strategy.The path selection of implanting Chinese wrestling in physical education teaching should take into account various factors such as the purpose of physical education teaching,students'interests,regional culture and students'physical differences,etc.,and the concept should be advanced in the choice of specific paths to dig deep into the connotation of Chinese wrestling;Realize the precise supply of Chinese wrestling implanted in physical education;The establishment of school physical education is conducive to improving students'overall quality,so that the implantation of Chinese wrestling in physical education can be implemented.Realize the fundamental improvement of students'physique.
