摘　　要：文章通过对江苏省4所高职院校体育教育专业人才培养现状进行分析,建议人才培养目标从“学校体育教育工作者”拓展为“终生体育教育工作者”,建立“教师教育+行业教育+创新创业教育”的人才培养理念,实施“教师+行业”双平台搭建,对课程体系、教学方法、实践环节、创新协同育人机制等进行系列改革,以期完善人才培养,服务社会。In recent years,the physical education major has been regarded as the"red sign major"on the list of the Ministry of Education,and the development of the physical education major has fallen into a bottleneck.The"healthy China"national strategy also puts forward higher requirements for PE professionals.Therefore,it is urgent to reform the professional training program under the guidance of"supply and demand matching".Based on the analysis of the current situation of the cultivation of physical education professionals in four higher vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province,this paper suggests that the goal of personnel cultivation should be expanded from"school physical educators"to"life-long physical educators",that the concept of"teacher education+industry education+innovation and entrepreneurship education"should be established,and that the double platform of"teacher+industry"should be set up.
