盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁发作情绪障碍对P物质、神经肽Y、5-羟色胺及去甲肾上腺素水平的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗抑郁症发作情绪障碍对P物质(SP)、神经肽Y(NPY)、5-羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年1月本院收治的抑郁症发作情绪障碍患者95例,给予患者盐酸帕罗西汀片治疗。治疗前、治疗4、6、8周时,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-24)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评估患者焦虑、抑郁情绪,采用情感障碍自评量表评估患者情绪障碍;采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定不同时间患者脑脊液内P物质、神经肽Y、5-羟色胺、去甲肾上腺素(NE)及5-羟吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)水平。结果治疗4、6、8周时,患者HAMD、HAMA、情感障碍评分均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗4、6、8周时,患者NPY、5-HT、5-HIAA、NE均高于治疗前,SP低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论盐酸罗帕西汀片治疗抑郁发作时情绪障碍,能显著抑制抑郁、焦虑及情绪障碍症状,改善患者多种神经递质功能,效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effect of paroxetine hydrochloride tablets on the level of P substance(SP),neuropeptide Y(NPY),5-hydroxyhydroxyl(5-HT)and norepinephrine(NE)in the treatment of depressive episode mood disorder.Methods The patients were treated with paroxetine hydrochloride tablets.Before treatment,4,6 and 8 weeks after treatment,Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-24)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of patients.P substances,neuropeptide Y,5-hydroxyhydroxyl in cerebrospinal fluid of patients at different times were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)levels of tryptamine,classical neurotransmitter norepinephrine,and 5-hydroxyindoleacetic acid(5-HIAA).Results At 4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,the scores of HAMD,HAMA,affective disorders were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).At 4,6 and 8 weeks of treatment,the NPY,5-HT,5-HIAA,NE of patients were higher than before treatment,the SP was lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ropazitine hydrochloride tablets can significantly inhibit mood disorder during depression make depression,anxiety and mood disorder symptoms,improve the function of various neurotransmitters in patients,the effect is remarkable,worthy of promotion.
