摘　　要：目的探究两种桩核修复与树脂直接充填入根管修复方式治疗上颌前磨牙残根残冠的效果。方法选取2015年2月至2017年5月本院口腔科收治的上颌前磨牙残根残冠患者180例为研究对象,根据修复方式分为3组,每组60例。A组患者采用金属桩核修复,B组患者采用玻璃纤维桩+树脂桩修复,C组患者采用树脂直接充填入根管修复,随访观察3年,比较3组患者修复成功率、并发症发生率及健康指数。结果3组的牙体修复成功率、并发症发生率比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C组牙体修复成功率、并发症发生率比较差异均无统计学意义;修复3年后,A组牙体抗折裂强度明显低于B组和C组,出血指数、牙龈指数高于B组和C组(P<0.001);B组与C组抗折裂强度、出血指数、牙龈指数比较差异无统计学意义。结论玻璃纤维桩+树脂核与树脂直接充填入根管修复方式在上颌前磨牙残根残冠的修复中应用效果显著,修复成功率高,并发症少,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of two methods of post-core repair and resin-filled root canal repair on residual root and crown of maxillary premolar.Methods 180 patients with residual root and crown of maxillary premolar received in stomatology department of our hospital from February 2015 to May 2017 were selected as the research subjects.According to the repair methods,they were divided into three groups:group A were repaired with metal post core,group B were repaired with glass fiber post and resin pile,group C were repaired with resin directly filled into root canal,followed up for 3 years,and the success rate of repair and complications among three groups were compared.Results There were statistically significant differences in success rate and complication rate of dental restoration among three groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in success rate and complication rate between B group and C group(P<0.05).After 3 years of restoration,the fracture strength of group A was significantly lower than that of group B and group C,bleeding index and gum index were higher than group B and group C(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in fracture strength,bleeding index and gingival index between group B and group C.Conclusion The repair method of the resin core and resin directly filled into the root canal of the maxillary premolar is effective and successful in repairing the residual crown of the maxillary premolar.There are few complications and it is worth popularizing.
