摘　　要：立足新发展阶段,企业要突破自身发展瓶颈必须以一定的技术创新范式为依托,以便提高技术创新的效率、实现科技成果的生产转化。企业技术创新范式已由最初的线性创新与创新体系,发展到当下的创新系统阶段。技术创新范式的演化既是经济科技发展的结果,同时又为技术创新提供知识、技术、人才与市场的支撑。在万众创新的浪潮下,企业技术创新的研究热度居高不下,围绕各类创新范式的探讨层出不穷,但仍缺少基于理论演化发展的纵向归纳研究。通过分析企业技术创新范式各阶段的主要特征与理论研究焦点,系统把握创新范式演化进程,并在此基础之上,立足中国情境与未来发展趋势,结合创新范式的复杂性与动态性,对我国企业技术创新的突破发展提出展望。In order to keep a foothold in the new development stage and break through the bottleneck in their development,enterprises must rely on a certain technological innovation paradigm so as to improve the efficiency of technological innovation and realize the production transformation of scientific and technological achievements.Enterprise technological innovation paradigm has developed from its initial linear innovation and linear innovation system to the current innovation system.The evolution of technological innovation paradigm is not only the result of economic and technological development,but also provides technological innovation with the support of knowledge,technology,talents and market.Under the tide of mass innovation,the research heat of enterprise technological innovation remains high,and the investigation around various innovation paradigms is endless,but there still lacks the vertical induction research based on theoretical evolution and development.By analyzing the main characteristics and theoretical research focus of each stage of enterprise technological innovation paradigm,this study systematically grasps the evolution process of innovation paradigm,and based on China context and the future development trend,puts forward the prospect of the breakthrough and development of enterprise technological innovation combined with the complexity and dynamics of the innovation paradigm.
