摘 要:为研究某型航空发动机压气机叶片干冰清洗效果并获取关键参数值,分析了压气机叶片干冰清洗的原理,测试了干冰清洗对压气机叶片的清洗效果。采用人工涂抹法模拟不同积垢的压气机叶片,进行压气机叶片干冰清洗试验,在不同的参数下系统地研究干冰质量流量、喷射角度和压气机转速等参数对干冰清洗效果的影响,获得干冰清洗压气机叶片的最佳参数范围。试验结果表明,干冰清洗对压气机叶片有较好的清洗效果,人工涂抹法可以较好地模拟实际的压气机叶片积垢情况,获得清洗关键参数干冰质量流量、喷射角度和转速的较优范围。In order to study the dry ice cleaning effect of a certain type of aeroengine compressor blades and obtain key parameter values,the principle of dry ice cleaning of compressor blades was analyzed,and the cleaning effect of dry ice cleaning on compressor blades was tested.The artificial smearing method is used to simulate different fouled compressor blades,and the dry ice cleaning test of compressor blades is carried out.The effects of dry ice mass flow rate,injection angle and compressor speed on dry ice cleaning are systematically studied under different parameters,and the optimal parameters range of dry ice cleaning compressor blade is obtained.The test results show that dry ice cleaning has a good cleaning effect on compressor blades,and the manual smearing method can better simulate the actual compressor blade fouling situation,and obtain the optimal range of cleaning key parameters,dry ice mass flow,spray angle,and speed.
