摘　　要：为解决通用敞车车门及门框变形破损、门缝间隙变大等铁路货车惯性故障问题,针对既有C64、C70系列通用敞车,提出了下侧门折页和门框内表面加焊补强梁的改进方案,该方案可大幅提高折页及门框刚度,改善既有通用敞车车门变形、破损及门缝间隙问题。In order to solve the common faults of general gondola cars,such as deformation and damage of doors and door frames,widened gap between door and door frame,this paper proposes the improvement scheme for welding reinforcement beam on the lower side door hinge and the inner surface of door frame for the existing C 64 and C 70 general gondola cars,which can greatly improve the stiffness of the hinge and door frame,and improve the deformation,damage and door gap of the existing general gondola cars.
