摘 要:基于常温稳态工况和NEDC循环工况,通过部件测试和整车测试得到对标车型和研究车型的整车能量分布,对比两车各部件/子系统能耗差异,得到研究车型能耗较大的子系统或部件。基于AMESim搭建研究车型的整车模型,对相关部件进行优化仿真,预测各优化方案对整车油耗的影响效果,结果表明仿真结果与实车测试结果基本一致。该方法可用于指导实际工程开发。Based on steady state conditions at room temperature and the NEDC cycle conditions,getting the vehicle energy distribution of two vehicles by means of components test and complete vehicle test,compare energy consumption differences of the two vehicle’s components/subsystems and get the subsystems or components of large energy consumption of basic vehicle.Building the vehicle model of basic vehicle based on AMESim,optimizing and simulating the related components to predict the effects on the vehicle fuel consumption optimization schemes.The results show that the simulation results and the vehicle actual test results are basically the same.This method can be used to guide the actual project development.
