摘 要:面对“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标,废气再循环技术将是广泛应用于发动机技术之一。研究废气再循环温度对发动机性能的影响具有重要意义。文章针对某1.5 L发动机在台架上进行相关研究。结果表明,EGR温度对发动机进气温度有一定的影响;随着EGR温度的升高,燃油消耗率升高,升高幅度不大,当EGR温度从60℃升高到100℃,燃油消耗率增加0.5%。随着EGR温度的升高,点火角推后,燃烧中心推后,最高爆发压力降低。随着EGR温度的升高,爆震强度增加,缸盖排气门鼻梁区温度增加,反映缸内燃烧温度增加。Facing the goals of"carbon emission peak target"and"carbon neutral",exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)technology will be one of the widely used engine technologies.It is significant to study the effect of exhaust gas recirculation temperature on engine performance.In this paper,some related experiments were investigated on a certain 1.5 L engine.The EGR temperature has a certain effect on the engine intake temperature.With the increase of EGR temperature,the fuel consumption rate increases,but the increase range is not large.When the EGR temperature increases from 60℃to 100℃,the fuel consumption rate increase by 0.5%.With the increase of EGR temperature,the ignition angle is pushed back,the combustion center is pushed back,and the maximum combustion pressure in cylinder decreases.With the increase of EGR temperature,knock intensity increases,and the nose region temperature of the cylinder head exhaust valve increases,which reflects combustion temperature in cylinder increases.
