摘　　要：“三全育人”初心在“人”,中心在“育”,重心在“全”,对于创新与发展高等教育具有重要的指导意义。作为研究者、教师以及学生管理者,高校班主任在贯彻落实“三全育人”理念中发挥着不可替代的作用。文章首先分析“三全育人”理念下高校班主任工作的重要性,并运用SWOT分析法对高校班主任的工作现状进行分析,并基于分析结果进一步提出班主任工作的优化措施。The"three-pronged education"has an important guiding significance for the innovation and development of higher education.The"three-pronged education"starts with"people",centers on"education"and focuses on"wholeness".As researchers,teachers and student administrators,college head teachers play an irreplaceable role in implementing the concept of"three-round education".This paper first analyzes the importance of the work of head teachers in colleges and universities under the concept of"three-round education".SWOT analysis was used to analyze the current situation of the work of head teachers in colleges and universities.Furtherly,the optimization measures of head teachers were brought up based on the analysis results.
