摘　　要：目的:观察注射型富血小板纤维蛋白(i-PRF)局部注射对口腔溃疡病损的治疗效果。方法:新西兰兔48只,化学法建立口腔黏膜溃疡模型,随机分为4组(n=12):i-PRF组、曲安奈德组(TA)、生理盐水组(NS)、空白对照组(BC)。给药后的第3、6、9、12天各组分别处死3只兔子,取材。全程记录其进食量、进水量、体重及溃疡面积变化,HE染色法观察组织变化。结果:i-PRF组及TA组兔子体重增量大于NS组及BC组(P<0.05);i-PRF组及TA组溃疡愈合速度较NS组快(P<0.05)。病理切片显示i-PRF组炎症细胞更少,上皮恢复较快。结论:i-PRF组愈合速度与TA组相当。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Injectable platelet-rich fibrin(i-PRF)local injection on oral membrane ulcer.Methods:48 New Zealand rabbits with oral membrane ucler induced with chemical agent were randomly divided into 4 groups(n=12):I-PRF group,triamcinolone acetonide group(TA),normal saline group(NS)and blank control group(BC).3 rabbits in each group were respectively killed on the 3rd,6th,9th and 12th day after corresponding treatment.The food intake,water intake,body weight and ulcer area were compared among groups,and the tissue changes were observed by HE staining.Results:The body weight increment of rabbits in I-PRF and TA groups was greater than that in NS and BC groups(P<0.05).The ulcer healing rate of I-PRF group and TA group was faster than that of NS group(P<0.05).Pathological sections showed fewer inflammatory cells and faster epithelial recovery in i-PRF group.Conclusion:The healing rate of I-PRF treatment is similar to that of TA.
