摘　　要：目的:对比含透明质酸钠无机牛骨植骨块与Bio-Oss collagen■用于牙槽嵴保存的效果。方法:纳入拔除单颗上颌或下颌第一磨牙的患者80例,随机分为2组(n=40),将含透明质酸钠无机牛骨植骨块(试验组)和Bio-Oss collagen■(对照组)分别植入拔于牙窝内,Bio-Gide■可吸收膜覆盖创面,术后即刻及24周拍摄CBCT,评价牙槽嵴宽度和高度的变化;术后第12周、24周复诊,观察软硬组织愈合情况,比较两种植骨材料牙槽嵴保存的效果。结果:大体观察结果试验组和对照组均表现良好结果,未发生感染、排斥等反应。CBCT结果显示试验组和对照组的牙槽嵴高度和宽度得到了较好保存,牙槽嵴高度和宽度的减少量无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:含透明质酸钠无机牛骨植骨块植骨材料能有效地保存拔牙后牙槽嵴的骨量。Objective:To study the effects of inorganic bovine bone graft containing sodium hyaluronate in the preservation of alveolar ridge after tooth extraction.Methods:80 patients with tooth extraction of unilateral first molar were divided randomly into 2 groups(n=40),the tooth sockets were inserted with inorganic bovine bone block grafts containing sodium(test group)and Bio-Oss collagen■ graft block(control group)respectively.Bio-Gide■ absorbable collagen membrane was used to cover the tooth extraction wound.CBCT scan was performed immediately and 24 weeks after alveolar ridge preservation for the evaluation of the change of alveolar ridge width and height.Results:In both groups,no wound infection and graft rejection were observed,and good healing of soft and hard tissue was observed.CBCT analysis showed that the width and height of alveolar ridge in the 2 groups were well preserved(P>0.05).Conclusion:Inorganic bovine bone graft containing sodium hyaluronate can effectively preserve the bone mass of alveolar bone.
