摘  要:目的:观察Er:YAG激光在患有根尖炎的年轻恒牙根管荡洗方面的短期临床效果。方法:76例患有根尖炎的年轻恒前牙或前磨牙随机分成实验组(36例)和对照组(40例),实验组采用Er:YAG激光活化荡洗,对照组采用超声荡洗。分别采用WBFRS、Negm评分标准来评价术后疗效。结果:实验组和对照组患儿术中WBFRS>2分者分别为11.11%和12.5%(P>0.05),实验组和对照组术后48 h的EIAP发生率分别为8.33%和30.00%(P<0.05)。2组牙根发育分期及尖周病变与治疗效果无相关性(P>0.05),实验组和对照组术后6月成功率分别为91.67%和77.5%(P<0.05)。结论:铒激光活化荡洗降低年轻恒牙根管荡洗术后48 h不良反应,有利于提高治疗成功率。Objective:To observe short-term clinical effects of Er∶YAG laser irrigation on root canal of young permanent teeth.Methods:76 young permanent anterior teeth and premolars with apicitis were randomly divided into experimental group(n=36)and control group(n=40).Er∶YAG laser activated irrigation was used in the experimental group,while ultrasound irrigation was used in the control group.WBFRS and Negm score was used to evaluate treatment efficacy.Results:In the test and control groups,during operation the subjects with WBFRS>2 were 11.11%and 12.5%(P>0.05),the incidence of EIAP at 48 hours after surgery was 8.33%and 30.00%(P<0.05),the clinical efficacy at 6 months follow up was 91.67%and 77.50%(P<0.05),respectively.The tooth root development and periapical lesion were not related with the treatment effects(P>0.05).Conclusion:Er∶YAG laser activated irrigation can reduce the adverse reactions in 48 hours after treatment,and can improve the short-term success rate of the treatment of young permanent teeth with apicitis.
