摘 要:目的:比较Hass和MSE扩弓器治疗青少年上颌宽度不足的临床效果。方法:纳入8~12岁上颌宽度不足患者,Hass组及MSE组各28例,分别于扩弓前后拍摄CBCT,利用Planmeca Romexis软件进行测量,比较两种方法扩弓前后腭中缝及上颌第一磨牙根分叉宽度、上颌第一磨牙倾斜度、颊侧牙槽骨高度及上气道最小横截面积等变化,评价两种扩弓的临床效果。结果:MSE组骨性扩弓实现率(83%±12%)明显高于Hass组(65%±17%)(P<0.05),扩弓后两组磨牙均发生颊倾、上气道最小横截面积均呈增大趋势(组间比较,P>0.05)。结论:MSE扩弓器可有效扩大上颌基骨宽度,获得更多骨效应。Objective:To compare the clinical effects of HASS and MSE in the treatment of adolescents with maxillary transverse deficiency.Methods:56 patients with maxillary transverse deficiency aged 8-12 years were treated with HASS(n=28)and MSE appliance(n=28)respectively.CBCT images were taken before and after the arch expansion,respectively,and the data were measured using the Planmeca Romexis software.The changes of palatal suture width,the width between the root bifurcation of 16 and 26,the inclination and buccal alveolar bone height of 16 and 26,the minimum airway cross-sectional area were compared between the 2 groups.Results:The rate of bone expansion in MSE group was higher than that in Hass group(83%±12%vs 65%±17%,P<0.05).After expansion,buccal inclination of the first molar occurred and the minimum cross-sectional area of airway increased in both groups(between groups,P>0.05).Conclusion:MSE can effectively expand the width of maxillary basal bone and obtain more bone effect.
