摘　　要：目的:观察根据中医辨证分型后治疗原发性三叉神经痛患者的效果。方法:对92例诊断为原发性三叉神经痛患者进行中医辨证分型,给予中药、针刺、埋线治疗,进行治疗前后的疼痛评级指数(PRI)、疼痛评价量表(NRS)、现在疼痛(PPI)状况及中医症候(TCM)积分的评估。结果:81例患者完成了治疗和随访,治疗总有效率为76.5%。其中胃火上攻证患者占比最高(56.5%),有效率80.4%。中药结合针刺治疗的效果最好,有效率97.2%。结论:根据中医辨证分型治疗原发性三叉神经痛安全有效。Objective:To observe the effects of the treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia(PTN)based on traditional chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome differentiation.Methods:92 patients diagnosed with primary trigeminal neuralgia were classified by TCM syndrome differentiation,treated with traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine with acupuncture and acupoint thread-embedding respectively.The pain rating index(PRI),numeric rating scales(NRS),present pain intensity(PPI)and TCM symptom scores were evaluated before and after treatment.Results:81 patients completed the treatment received curative effect evaluation.The total effective rate of treatment was 76.5%。The proportion of patients with stomach fire attacking syndrome was the highest(56.5%),and the treatment effect was the best(80.4%).The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine with acupuncture was 97.2%.Conclusion:The treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia is safe and effective according to TCM syndrome differentiation.
