前牵引矫治器矫治骨性乳牙反[牙合]影响患者恒切牙牙胚位置相关性因素的初步研究

摘　　要：目的:研究前牵引矫治器矫治骨性乳牙反影响上颌恒切牙牙胚位置的相关因素。方法:前牵引矫治器治疗乳牙反患者16例,采用坐标系统定位恒切牙胚位置,相关性分析矫治后上颌恒切牙牙胚位置变化的影响因素。结果:上颌恒切牙牙胚的突度与上下颌乳前牙的角度和突度无显著相关,与SNB有相关性,r=0.851,P<0.05。上颌恒切牙胚的切缘点及牙乳头点的水平向位置均与上颌骨位置A-X密切相关(r=0.862,P<0.05;r=0.923,P<0.01)。结论:前牵引治疗后上颌骨位置越前移,上颌恒切牙牙胚位置随之发生前移。同时下颌越前突,会导致上颌恒牙胚的唇倾度越大。Objective:To study the changes of the position of permanent incisor germs and the related factors after maxillary protraction treatment of deciduous anterior crossbite.Methods:16 cases of deciduous anterior crossbite were treated with maxillary protraction appliance.The correlation analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors on the position of maxillary permanent germs after treatment.Results:The protrusion of maxillary and mandible permanent incisor germs was not related to the protrusion and inclination of deciduous anterior teeth,but was related to SNB(r=0.851,P<0.05).The positions of incisor marginal point and papilla point of maxillary permanent incisor germ are closely related to maxillary position A-X(r=0.862,P<0.05;r=0.923,P<0.01).Conclusion:The more maxillary position moves forward after maxillary protraction treatment,the more maxillary permanent tooth germ moves forward.And the mandibular protrusion may lead to the greater proclination of maxillary permanent germs.
