摘　　要：目的:评估UltraEZ脱敏剂联合Er∶YAG激光治疗牙本质过敏症的临床效果。方法:纳入牙本质过敏症患者75例共194颗患牙,随机分为3组:UltraEZ组(25例患者65颗患牙)、Er∶YAG组(25例患者60颗患牙)和UltraEZ+Er∶YAG组(25例患者69颗患牙)。分别进行相应治疗1次,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估患者治疗前及治疗后即刻、1周、4周和12周对冷气和机械刺激敏感度的变化以及疼痛缓解程度。结果:UltraEZ+Er∶YAG组治疗后即刻、1周、4周和12周冷气和机械刺激VAS值显著低于UltraEZ组和Er∶YAG组(P<0.05),治疗后各复查时间点冷气刺激疼痛缓解程度和机械刺激疼痛缓解程度均显著高于其他2组(P<0.05)。结论:UltraEZ脱敏剂联合Er∶YAG激光能显著提高牙本质过敏症患牙的治疗效果。Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of UltraEZ desensitizer combined Er∶YAG laser irradiation in reducing dentine hypersensitivity(DH).Methods:194 DH teeth from 75 patients were included and randomly divided into 3 groups:UltraEZ group(25 patients with 65 teeth),Er∶YAG group(25 patients with 60 teeth)and UltraEZ+Er∶YAG group(25 patients with 69 teeth).The patients were treated by the corresponding method respectively only once.Visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to assess the sensitivity and the pain relief degree of DH by air blast and tactile test at baseline and immediately,1,4 and 12 weeks after treatment.Results:The VAS of UltraEZ+Er∶YAG group for air blast and tactile test was significantly lower than that of the other 2 groups after treatment at each follow-up stage(P<0.05),the pain relief degree of UltraEZ+Er∶YAG group for air blast test and tactile test is higher than that of the other 2 groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:UltraEZ desensitizer combined Er∶YAG laser irradiation can significantly reduce tooth pain of DH.
