摘　　要：目的探讨虎地肠溶胶囊联合奥沙拉秦对慢性溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者肠黏膜病变、血清炎性因子及中性粒细胞明胶相关脂质运载蛋白(NGAL)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)表达的影响。方法选取2015年5月至2019年8月温州市人民医院收治的慢性UC患者102例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为观察组与对照组各51例。观察组患者给予虎地肠溶胶囊联合奥沙拉秦治疗,对照组患者仅给予奥沙拉秦治疗,疗程均为8周。比较两组患者治疗8周后的疗效,以及治疗前与治疗8周后肠黏膜病变评分、Mayo活动指数评分、血清炎性因子(TNF-α、IL-8和IL-10)、NGAL和MMP-9水平变化。结果观察组治疗8周后总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前肠黏膜病变评分和Mayo活动指数评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗8周后均明显低于治疗前(均P<0.05),观察组又均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前TNF-α、IL-8和IL-10水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗8周后TNF-α和IL-8水平均又明显低于治疗前,而IL-10水平明显高于治疗前(均P<0.05),观察组TNF-α和IL-8水平均明显低于对照组,而IL-10水平明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前NGAL和MMP-9水平比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗8周后均明显低于治疗前(均P<0.05),观察组又均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论虎地肠溶胶囊联合奥沙拉秦治疗慢性UC疗效良好,且可减轻患者肠黏膜病变程度及炎性反应,降低血清NGAL和MMP-9水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Hudi enteric coated capsule combined with olsalazine on intestinal mucosal lesions,inflammatory factors and expression of serum neutrophil gelatin associated lipocalin(NGAL)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in patients with chronic ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods One hundred and two patients with chronic UC admitted to Wenzhou People's Hospital from May 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into study group(51 cases)and control group(51 cases).The study group was given Hudi enteric coated capsules combined with olsalazine,while the control group was given olsalazine alone.The treatment course of the two groups was 8 weeks.After 8 weeks of treatment the curative efficacy was compared between two groups;the intestinal mucosal lesion score and Mayo activity index score,inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-8 and IL-10 and serum NGAL and MMP-9 levels were measured before and after treatment in two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the intestinal mucosal lesion score and Mayo activity index score of the study group were lower than those of the control group(all P<0.05),the serum TNF-αand IL-8 levels of the study group were lower than those of control group(all P<0.05),while IL-10 level was higher than that of control group(P<0.05),the serum NGAL and MMP-9 levels were lower than those of control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Hudi enteric coated capsule combined with olsalazine has good curative effect on UC patients,it can improve intestinal mucosal lesions,reduce inflammatory reaction,and reduce serum NGAL and MMP-9 levels.
