普拉洛芬联合基因重组人表皮生长因子滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨普拉洛芬联合基因重组人表皮生长因子(rhEGF)滴眼液治疗白内障超声乳化术后干眼的临床疗效。方法:将2017年5月—2018年6月在江门市中心医院进行治疗的96例白内障超声乳化后产生干眼症患者,分为联合组(普拉洛芬联合rhEGF滴眼液)和单一组(普拉洛芬),每组各46例,检测疗效显效率、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌长度及FL水平及毒副作用发生率。结果:三个疗程给药后,联合组患者的显效率为93.48%,单一组的显效率为76.08%,联合组高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.341,P<0.05);联合组与单一组在给药前泪膜稳定性BUT水平、泪液分泌长度、FL评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),给药后联合组患者BUT水平高于联合组,泪液分泌长度及FL评分均低于单一组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.345、5.053、19.671,P<0.05);联合组和单一组在毒副作用上分别为6.67%、5.34%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:普拉洛芬联合rhEGF滴眼液给药后白内障患者眼干缓解明显,泪膜稳定性提高,眼内干涩症状改善,毒副作用少,临床值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of pranoprofen combined with rhEGF eye drops in the treatment of dry eye after phacoemulsification.Methods:Ninety-six patients with dry eye syndrome who underwent phacoemulsification in the hospital from May 2017 to June 2018 were divided into the combined group(praloprofen combined with rhEGF eye drops)and single group(praloprofen),with 46 cases in each group.The effective efficacy,BUT,tear secretion length and FL level and the incidence of side effects were detected.Results:After 3 courses of administration,the effective rate of the combined group was 93.48%,the single group was 76.08%,and the combined group was higher than the single group(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in the tear film stability BUT level,the length of tear secretion,and the FL score in the combined group and the single group before administration(P>0.05).After administration,the BUT level of the combined group was higher than that of the combined group,and the length of tear secretion and FL score were lower than that of the single group(P<0.05).Before administration,there was no difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After administration,the levels of inflammatory factors in the combined group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05).The combined group and the single group had smaller differences in toxic and side effects(P>0.05),which were 6.67%and 5.34%,respectively.Conclusion:After pranoprofen combined with rhEGF eye drops,the eye dryness of cataract patients is relieved,the tear film stability is improved,the symptoms of intraocular dryness are improved,and the side effects are less.The clinical value is worth promoting.
