摘　　要：目的:系统评价穴位注射治疗卒中后肩手综合征(SHS)的疗效。方法:通过计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science、EBSCOhost、EMBASE、考克兰图书馆、Medline、知网、CBM、万方、维普中穴位注射疗法用于卒中后SHS患者的RCTs,检索时间为建库至2020年10月20日。应用Revman5.3软件对提取出的数据资料进行分析。结果:纳入16篇采用穴位注射疗法治疗卒中后SHS的文献,共计1348例患者。干预组的有效率[RR=1.15,95%CI(1.10,1.21),P<0.00001]、上肢运动功能[MD=11.27,95%CI(7.26,15.28),P<0.00001]、日常生活能力[MD=11.71,95%CI(6.38,17.05),P<0.0001]、疼痛缓解方面[MD=-1.65,95%CI(-2.24,-1.07),P<0.00001]、水肿改善程度[D=-1.53,95%CI(-1.76,-1.30),P<0.00001]均优于对照组。结论:现有证据表明穴位注射疗法有助于提高卒中后SHS的治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection on Shouler-hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke.Methods:Through the computer,the RCTs of acupoint injection therapy used in post-stroke SHS patients were searched in PubMed,Web of Science,EBSCOhost,EMBASE,Corkland Library,Medline,HowNet,CBM,Wanfang,and Weipu databases.The search time was from the establishment of the library until 20 th October 2020.Revman 5.3 software was used to analyze the extracted data.Results:16 articles on the use of acupoint injection therapy to treat post-stroke SHS were included,with a total of 1348 patients.The effective rate group(RR=1.15,95%CI[1.10,1.21],P<0.00001),upper limb motor function(MD=11.27,95%CI[7.26,15.28],P<0.00001),daily life Ability(MD=11.71,95%CI[6.38,17.05],P<0.0001),pain relief(MD=-1.65,95%CI[-2.24,-1.07],P<0.00001),edema improvement degree(D=-1.53,95%CI[-1.76,-1.30],P<0.00001)of the intervention were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:Existing evidence suggests that acupoint injection therapy can help improve the therapeutic effect of SHS after stroke.
