摘 要:胰腺癌由于其治疗中切除率低、预后差,近来有关其肿瘤免疫治疗在临床治疗中被逐渐认为是一种有效的方法。树突状细胞(Dendritic cells,DC)是机体中尤为重要的抗原体细胞,在肿瘤免疫反应的过程中起着至关重要的作用,DC疫苗在抗胰腺癌免疫治疗作用逐渐受到关注。人体肠道微生态含有细菌种类多且复杂,肠道菌群可能通过调节DC的功能来激活T淋巴细胞,从而介导抗肿瘤免疫反应。本文主要阐明肠道菌-DC瘤苗-胰腺癌细胞三者的联系,为肠道优势菌协同DC疫苗免疫治疗胰腺癌的新方法提供理论依据。Pancreatic cancer immunotherapy has recently been gradually recognized as an effective method in clinical treatment due to its low resection rate and poor prognosis.Dendritic cells(DC)are particularly important antigen-extracting cells in the body.They play a vital role in the process of tumor immune response.The role of DC vaccines in anti-pancreatic cancer immunotherapy has gradually attracted attention.The human intestinal bacteria are diverse and complex.The intestinal flora may activate T lymphocytes by regulating the function of DCs,thereby mediating anti-tumor immune responses.This article mainly clarifies the relationship between intestinal bacteria,DC tumor vaccine and pancreatic cancer cells,and provides a theoretical basis for a new method of intestinal dominant bacteria and DC vaccine immunotherapy for pancreatic cancer.
