摘　　要：我国社会经济不断发展,国有企业是其中一个重要的经济组成部分。随着时间的推移,我国国有企业的运行制度与经济方面都发生了一定的改变,越来越适应当前社会经济多变的发展。在特色社会主义市场经济制度的建立过程中,国有企业的改革脚步也在不断迈进,但是这两者在协同发展的过程中也出现了一定的问题。在现如今的国有企业发展过程中仍然存在一定的不足之处,在这之中国有企业治理结构创新方面尤为突出。因此,本文针对国有企业治理结构创新的经济学进行分析,并提出相应的解决策略,为我国国有企业今后的发展奠定一个坚实的基础。With the continuous development of China's social economy,state-owned enterprises are an important economic component.With the passage of time,certain changes have taken place in the operation system and economy of China's state-owned enterprises,which are more and more adapted to the changeable development of the current social economy.In the process of establishing the characteristic socialist market economic system,the reform of state-owned enterprises is also moving forward,but there are some problems in the process of coordinated development of the two.There are still some deficiencies in the development of state-owned enterprises,especially in the innovation of corporate governance structure in China.Therefore,this paper analyzes the economics of governance structure innovation of state-owned enterprises,and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to lay a solid foundation for the future development of state-owned enterprises in China.
