浅谈清廉民企建设对宁波营商环境优化的推动

摘　　要：营商环境是指影响企业从初创到运营再到停业全过程的要素总合,推进清廉体系建设是营造优良营商环境的一大亮点。可在探讨如何通过清廉民企建设来助力营商环境优化情况的基础上,研究宁波营商环境存在的问题,找到建设清廉民企的突破点,以提升竞争力。将诚信廉洁、守法经营的发展理念有效融入到企业管理制度、企业文化、企业经营活动中去,加快推进全市民营企业清廉建设,建立健全现代企业治理结构和内控机制。Business environment refers to the inventory of factors that affect the whole process of an enterprise from start-up to operation and to closure.Building a clean system is a highlighted point in creating a good business environment.On the discussion of how to optimize the business environment through the construction of clean private enterprises,the paper analyzes the problems existing in Ningbo business environment and find the keys to the construction of clean private enterprises,so as to enhance competitiveness.The concept of honesty and law-abiding operation needs to be integrated into the enterprise management system,enterprise culture and operation,to accelerate the construction of integrity of private enterprises in Ningbo,thus establishing and improving the modern enterprise governance system and internal control mechanism.
