摘　　要：目的探讨急性髓细胞白血病(AML)患儿血浆CD82、CD133表达水平与预后的关系。方法选取2016年6月—2021年6月在本院确诊的82例AML患儿,记录所有患儿年龄、性别及染色体核型等临床病理资料,采用Cox回归模型分析影响AML患儿预后的因素及不同血浆CD82、CD133水平患儿5年生存情况。结果染色体核型和肿瘤转移是AML患儿存活的影响因素(P<0.05)。染色体核型异常的AML患儿血浆CD82和CD133表达水平明显高于核型正常的AML患儿(P<0.01);伴肿瘤转移的AML患儿血浆CD82和CD133表达水平明显高于未转移的AML患儿(P<0.01)。血浆CD82、CD133低表达患儿5年生存率和无病生存率均明显高于血浆CD82、CD133高表达患儿(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论血浆CD82、CD133表达水平与AML患儿预后具有一定相关性,临床可通过检测血浆CD82和CD133水平初步评估患儿病情程度及预后。Objective To investigate correlations between plasma levels of CD82 and CD133 with prognoses in children with acute myeloid leukemia(AML).Methods A total of 82 children with AML diagnosed between June 2016 and June 2021 were selected,and the clinicopathological data such as age,gender and chromosome karyotype of all the children was recorded.Cox regression model was used to analyze factors affecting prognoses of children with AML and the 5-year survival conditions of children with different plasma levels of CD133 and CD82.Results Chromosome karyotype and tumor metastasis were influencing factors of the survival in children with AML(P<0.05).Plasma expressions of CD82 and CD133 in AML children with abnormal karyotypes were significantly higher than those in AML children with normal karyotypes(P<0.01).Plasma expressions of CD82 and CD133 in children with metastatic AML were significantly higher than those in children with non-metastatic AML(P<0.01).The 5-year survival rate and disease-free survival rate in children with low expressions of plasma CD82 and CD133 were significantly higher than those in children with high expressions of plasma CD82 and CD133(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion There are a certain correlations between expressions of plasma CD82 and CD133 with prognoses in children with AML.The severity and prognoses of children may be preliminarily evaluated by detecting plasma levels of CD82 and CD133 in clinic.
