摘　　要：目的分析胃癌根治术后患者血清巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-3α(MIP-3α)、癌抗原125(CA125)、微管解聚蛋白(Stathmin)水平与肿瘤复发转移的相关性。方法选取本院94例胃癌患者,均接受胃癌根治术治疗,检测其手术前后血清MIP-3α、CA125及Stathmin水平;随访3年,根据患者复发转移情况分为复发转移组、非复发转移组,分析术后复发转移的影响因素。结果94例术后血清MIP-3α、CA125、Stathmin水平较术前明显降低(P<0.01);患者术后3年总生存率为75.53%,3年无进展生存率为59.57%;多因素Logistic回归分析显示,术前淋巴结转移及术后MIP-3α、CA125、Stathmin水平为术后复发转移的独立危险因素(P<0.01)。结论胃癌根治术后患者血清MIP-3α、CA125、Stathmin水平与肿瘤复发转移密切相关,检测水平越高肿瘤复发转移风险越高。Objective To analyze correlations between serum levels of macrophage inflammatory protein-3α(MIP-3α),cancer antigen 125(CA125)and Stathmin with recurrence or metastasis after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods A total of 94 patients with gastric cancer who had undergone radical gastrectomy were selected,and their serum levels of MIP-3α,CA125 and Stathmin before and after operation were detected.After 3-year of follow-up,the patients were divided into recurrence and metastasis group and non-recurrence and metastasis group according to the conditions of recurrence or metastasis.Factors affecting recurrence and metastasis after radical gastrectomy were analyzed.Results Serum levels of MIP-3α,CA125 and Stathmin were significantly lower than those before operation in 94 patients(P<0.01).The 3-year total survival rate was 75.53%,and the 3-year progression free survival rate was 59.57%.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that preoperative lymph node metastasis and postoperative levels of MIP-3α,CA125 and Stathmin were independent risk factors for postoperative recurrence and metastasis in patients with gastric cancer(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum levels of MIP-3α,CA125 and Stathmin are closely related to recurrence and metastasis of tumor in gastric cancer patients after radical gastrectomy.The higher the detection levels are,the higher the risk of tumor recurrence or metastasis is.
