摘  要:为提高硅酸盐改性杨木表面自由能、漆膜附着力、润湿性等表面性能,采用硅烷偶联剂(3-巯基丙基)三甲氧基硅烷(KH590)对硅酸盐改性杨木表面进行处理。分别对杨木素材、硅酸盐改性杨木和硅烷偶联剂KH590处理硅酸盐改性杨木的表面化学基团、表面润湿性、漆膜附着性和表面自由能进行测试与分析。结果表明,硅烷偶联剂KH590处理硅酸盐改性杨木表面后,Si—O—Si伸缩振动和弯曲振动吸收峰较硅酸盐改性杨木明显增强,表明硅烷偶联剂KH590和硅酸盐改性杨木形成了化学键结合,使得硅烷偶联剂KH590与硅酸盐改性杨木结合较为紧密。蒸馏水、甲酰胺和二碘甲烷对杨木表面接触角测试结果均表明,硅烷偶联剂KH590处理提高了硅酸盐改性杨木表面润湿性。表面自由能分析结果表明,经硅酸盐处理后表面自由能较杨木素材降低;硅烷偶联剂KH590对硅酸盐改性杨木表面进行处理后,表面自由能较硅酸盐改性杨木和杨木素材都高,证明硅烷偶联剂KH590能够有效提高硅酸盐改性杨木表面自由能。漆膜附着性分析结果发现,杨木素材漆膜附着力综合评定等级为2级,硅酸盐改性杨木表面漆膜附着力综合评级为4级,表明硅酸盐改性对杨木表面的漆膜附着力产生不良影响;经过硅烷偶联剂KH590处理后,硅酸盐改性杨木表面的漆膜附着力综合评级提高至2级。通过漆膜与基材结合形貌电镜图发现,杨木素材和漆膜之间有较窄的裂缝;经硅酸盐改性后的杨木与漆膜之间有较明显的裂缝,宽度约为杨木素材与漆膜之间裂缝的5倍;硅烷偶联剂KH590对硅酸盐改性杨木表面进行处理后,漆膜和基材之间的裂缝与杨木素材与漆膜之间的裂缝相当。漆膜附着性分析结果和电镜形貌分析图都验证了硅烷偶联剂KH590能够有效提高硅酸盐改性杨木的表面漆膜附着性能。Silicate treatment of poplar wood could significantly improve the mechanical properties,fire resistance,and smoke surpression of poplar wood,however,silicate was reported to have adverse effect on the coating performance of poplar wood.In order to improve the surface free energy,film adhesion and surface wettability of silicate-modified poplar wood(SMPW),a silane coupling agent,(3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxysilane(silane coupling agent KH590),was used to treat the SMPW.The mechanical and chemical properties,surface wettability,film adhesion,and surface free energy of poplar wood,SMPW,and silane coupling agent KH590-treated SMPW were analyzed in this study.The infrared spectrum analysis showed that the silane coupling agent KH590-treated SMPW had stronger stretching and bending vibration of Si—O—Si than that of SMPW,which indicated that the silane coupling agent KH590 formed strong chemical bonds with SMPW,and the combination of the chemical bond made the silane coupling agent KH590 bind more tightly to SMPW.In addition,the surface contact angle values of poplar wood with different test liquids such as distilled water,methanamide,and diiodomethane demonstrated that the silane coupling agent KH590 treatment improved the surface wettability of SMPW.The analysis of surface free energy implied that the silane coupling agent KH590-treated SMPW had the highest free energy value,followed by poplar wood and SMPW.The comprehensive rating of film adhesion strength of the poplar wood was Level 2,while the film adhesion strength of SMPW was lowered to Level 4,indicating that the silicate modification had adverse effects on the poplar wood film adhesion.After the silane coupling agent KH590 treatment of SMPW,the comprehensive rating of the surface film adhesion was increased to Level 2.The SEM observation of the surface morphology between the paint film and the substrate showed that there was a narrow crack between the poplar wood and paint film,while the width of the crack between SMPW and paint film was enlarged by five ti
