玻璃纤维桩和石英纤维桩治疗前牙牙体缺损的效果及对龈沟液碱性磷酸酶水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃纤维桩和石英纤维桩治疗前牙牙体缺损的效果及对龈沟液碱性磷酸酶(ALP)水平的影响。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年6月本院83例(患牙128颗)前牙牙体缺损患者,按照计算机分组法将患者分为两组。对照组41例,患牙63颗给予玻璃纤维桩结合全瓷冠修复;观察组42例,患牙65颗给予石英纤维桩结合全瓷冠修复。比较两组牙体修复效果、桩折断发生情况、牙周指标[牙周探诊深度(PD)、附着丧失(AL)]、龈沟液含量(GCF)、ALP水平以及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后1年,两组修复体完整度、颜色匹配度、边缘适合度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组桩折断发生率为0低于对照组的6.35%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组PD、AL、GCF、ALP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组PD、AL、GCF、ALP水平与治疗前比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组PD、AL、GCF、ALP水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.38%低于对照组的9.76%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:玻璃纤维桩和石英纤维桩应用于前牙牙体缺损患者修复效果好,不会影响牙龈且并发症发生情况较少,但在强度方面石英纤维桩优于玻璃纤维桩。Objective:To explore the effect of glass fiber post and quartz fiber post in the treatment of patients with anterior tooth defect and the influence of gingival crevicular fluid alkaline phosphatase(ALP).Method:A total of 83 patients(128 teeth)with anterior tooth defect in front teeth in our hospital from December 2017 to June 2019 were selected,they were divided into two groups according to the computerized grouping method.41 cases in the control group,63 teeth were repaired with glass fiber post combined with all-ceramic crowns;42 cases in the observation group,65 teeth were repaired with quartz fiber post combined with all-ceramic crowns.The dental repair,occurrence of post fracture,periodontal indexes[depth of periodontal exploration(PD)and attachment loss(AL)],content of gingival crevicular fluid(GCF),ALP level and incidence of complications were compared between two groups.Result:1 year after treatment,there were no significant differences in the integrity,color matching and edge fitness between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of pile fracture in the observation group was 0,which was lower than 6.35%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PD,AL,GCF and ALP levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of PD,AL,GCF,and ALP of two groups compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,there were no significant differences in PD,AL,GCF and ALP levels between two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.38%,which was lower than 9.76%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The glass fiber post and the quartz fiber post are applied to patients with anterior tooth defect and have a good repair effect,will not affect the gums and have fewer complications,but the quartz fiber post is better than the glass fiber post in terms of strength.
