皮肤烟酸潮红反应及血浆PLA2、COX-1、PGD2在双相抑郁障碍患者中的检测价值探究

摘  要:目的:探究皮肤烟酸潮红反应及血浆PLA2、COX-1、PGD2在双相抑郁障碍患者中的检测价值。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年3月的100例双相抑郁障碍患者为观察组,同时期的100名同龄健康者为对照组。比较两组皮肤烟酸潮红反应结果(MBF与logEC50)及血浆PLA2、COX-1、PGD2水平,并比较观察组中不同分型患者各指标检测结果,采用Spearman秩相关分析上述检测指标与双相抑郁障碍分型的关系。结果:观察组logEC50及血浆PLA2、COX-1、PGD2水平均显著高于对照组,MBF显著低于对照组,观察组中Ⅰ型患者logEC50及血浆PLA2、COX-1、PGD2水平均显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ型患者,Ⅱ型患者均显著高于Ⅲ型患者,Ⅰ型患者MBF显著低于Ⅱ、Ⅲ型患者,Ⅱ型患者显著低于Ⅲ型患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析显示,logEC50及血浆PLA2、COX-1、PGD2与双相抑郁障碍分型均呈负相关(P<0.05),MBF与双相抑郁障碍分型呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:双相抑郁障碍患者皮肤烟酸潮红反应及血浆PLA2、COX-1、PGD2均显著异常,且与其分型密切相关,因此在双相抑郁障碍患者中的检测价值较高。Objective:To investigate the detection value of niacin skin flush response and plasma PLA2,COX-1,PGD2 in patients with bipolar depression.Method:A total of 100 patients with bipolar depression from October 2019 to March 2021 were chosen as the observation group,100 healthy persons of same ages at the same time were chosen as the control group.Then the niacin skin flush response results(MBF and logEC50)and plasma PLA2,COX-1,PGD2 of two groups were compared,and the results of the observation group with different types were compared,then the correlation between those detection indexes and types of bipolar depression were analyzed with Spearman rank correlation analysis.Result:The logEC50 and plasma PLA2,COX-1,PGD2 levels of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the MBF level was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the logEC50 and plasma PLA2,COX-1,PGD2 levels of patients with typeⅠin the observation group were significantly higher than those of patients with typeⅡand typeⅢ,the results of typeⅡwere significantly higher than those of patients with typeⅢ,the MBF of patients with typeⅠin the observation group were significantly lower than those of patients with typeⅡand typeⅢ,the results of typeⅡwere significantly lower than those of patients with type Ⅲ, there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed the logEC50 and plasma PLA2, COX-1, PGD2 were negatively correlated with types of bipolar depression (P<0.05), the MBF was positively correlated with types of bipolar depression (P<0.05). Conclusion: The niacin skin flush response and plasma PLA2, COX-1, PGD2 in patients with bipolar depression are significantly abnormal, and they are all closely related to its types, so their detection value in the patients with bipolar depression are higher.
