摘 要:目的:探究与分析米诺环素对牙周炎患者龈沟液氧化应激及胶原指标的影响。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年1月在本院接受治疗的110例慢性牙周炎患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组接受常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上接受米诺环素治疗,对比两组效果。结果:治疗前,两组氧化应激指标、胶原指标、牙周临床指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组MDA、NO、胶原指标、牙周临床指标较治疗前均降低,SOD、GSH-Px较治疗前均升高,且观察组MDA、NO、胶原指标、牙周临床指标均低于对照组,SOD、GSH-Px均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.185,P=0.004)。结论:在牙周炎的治疗中应用米诺环素,可以显著改善患者龈沟液的氧化应激反应,减少Ⅱ型胶原酶对牙周的破坏,效果理想,有很大的应用价值,可适时推广。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Minocycline on oxidative stress and collagen indexes of gingival crevicular fluid in patients with periodontitis.Method:A total of 110 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,55 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received Minocycline treatment on the basis of conventional treatment.The effects of two groups was compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no significant differences between two groups in oxidative stress indicators,collagen indicators,and periodontal clinical indicators (P>0.05);after treatment,the MDA,NO,collagen indicators and periodontal clinical indicators of two groups were lower than those before treatment,SOD and GSH-Px of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the MDA,NO,collagen and periodontal clinical indicators of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and SOD and GSH-Px were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The total effective rate of two groups compared,the difference was statistically significant (χ^2)=8.185,P=0.004).Conclusion:The application of Minocycline in the treatment of periodontitis can significantly improve the oxidative stress response of patient’s gingival crevicular fluid and reduce the damage of type Ⅱ collagenase to the periodontal period,the effect is ideal and it has great application value and can be promoted in due course.
