高校体育教学内容休闲化发展趋势及其实施路径探讨

摘　　要：随着我国居民物质生活水平的不断提升,对体育运动方式的品质追求越来越向高端化发展,休闲运动由此进入人们的视野,成为社会大众喜闻乐见的运动方式。随着新课改的实施,国内教育体制也经历了新的变革,且取得了一些成绩。高校体育教学如何在教学内容上与时俱进,有效避免以往“炒冷饭”的困局,从而切实提升体育教学的质量和效率,这是一个值得高教体育工作者深思的命题。基于此,本研究针对目前我国高校体育教学存在的问题,旗帜鲜明地提出高校体育教学内容休闲化发展趋势,以使之更好地适应大学生日益增长的对休闲体育运动项目的追求,并提出了引入休闲体育运动的具体实施路径:(1)转变观念,充分发挥学生在体育训练中的地位;(2)加大资金投入力度,提升对休闲体育的重视度;(3)制定科学完善的教学评价体系;(4)建立和谐友好的师生关系,有效发挥学生的个性化特征。This research aims at the current problems of physical education in colleges and universities in my country,and clearly proposes the development trend of recreational sports teaching content in colleges and universities,so as to better adapt to the increasing pursuit of recreational sports by college students,and proposes the introduction of recreational sports.The specific implementation path of sports:1.Change concepts and give full play to the status of students in sports training;2.Increase capital investment and increase the emphasis on leisure sports 3.Develop a scientific and complete teaching evaluation system;4.Establish harmony The friendly teacher-student relationship can effectively give play to the individual characteristics of students.
