口腔正畸牵引联合多学科综合治疗后牙残根的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析口腔正畸牵引联合多学科综合治疗后牙残根的临床效果。方法100例后牙残根患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予口腔正畸牵引治疗,观察组患者在口腔正畸牵引治疗基础上给予多学科综合治疗。比较两组正畸牵引治疗效果和桩冠修复效果。结果两组牙根Ⅰ度松动和Ⅱ度松动占比比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组牙根0度松动占比52.00%明显高于对照组的32.00%,Ⅲ度松动占比4.00%明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组桩冠修复治疗总有效率为98.00%,明显高于对照组的86.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予后牙残根患者口腔正畸牵引联合多学科综合治疗能够显著提升正畸牵引治疗效果和桩冠修复效果,具有推广价值。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of orthodontic traction combined with multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment on residual root of posterior teeth.Methods A total of 100 patients with residual roots of posterior teeth were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received orthodontic traction treatment,and patients in the observation group received multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment on the basis of orthodontic traction treatment.The effect of orthodontic traction and post crown restoration were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the proportions ofⅠandⅡdegree of root looseness between the two groups(P>0.05).The proportion of 0 degree of root looseness 52.00%in the observation group was obviously higher than 32.00%in the control group,and the proportion ofⅢdegree of root looseness 4.00%was obviously higher than 20.00%in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of post crown restoration in the observation group was 98.00%,which was significantly higher than 86.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of orthodontic traction and multidisciplinary comprehensive treatment can significantly improve the effect of orthodontic traction and post crown restoration of patients with residual root of posterior teeth,and it contains the value of promotion.
