摘 要:目的探讨SAA和CRP在手足口病患儿诊治中的意义。方法收集2019年7—12月本院73例手足口病患儿和68名健康体检儿童的标本,再依据手足口病患儿的血培养结果分为无合并细菌感染组和合并细菌感染组。对所有入组儿童检测SAA和CRP水平。结果两组患者的年龄和性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。手足口病组的SAA和CRP均高于健康对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAA的阳性率也明显高于CRP,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SAA的灵敏度、特异性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值、Youden指数和一致性均高于CRP(P<0.05);手足口病组中的合并细菌感染患儿在入院第4天和第7天的SAA和CRP也均显著高于无合并细菌感染患儿,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论SAA和CRP在手足口病患儿的鉴别诊断具有较高的价值,可应用于手足口病早期诊治和疗效评估。Objective To explore the significance of SAA and CRP in the diagnosis and treatment of children with hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 73 children with hand-foot-mouth disease and 68 children with healthy physical examination from July to December 2019 in our hospital were collected.The children with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into non-complicated bacterial infection group and concurrent bacteria Infected group according to blood culture results.All children in the group were tested for SAA and CRP levels.Results There was no difference in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05).The SAA and CRP in the hand-foot-mouth disease group were higher than those in the normal control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);The positive rate of SAA was also significantly higher than that of CRP,with significant difference(P<0.05).The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value,Youden index,and consistency of SAA were all higher than those of CRP(P<0.05).The SAA and CRP of the bacterial infections children in the hand-foot-mouth disease group with had significantly higher SAA and CRP on the 4th and 7th day of admission than those without complicated bacterial infections,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion SAA and CRP have high value in the differential diagnosis of children with hand-foot-mouth disease,and can be used for early diagnosis and treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease and evaluation of curative effect.
