商用车挡泥板支架底座的轻量化研究

摘  要:利用三维软件建模、有限元CAE分析以及3D打印快速成型,从材质选用、结构优化设计、工艺制造三方面对某型号商用车挡泥板支架底座进行了轻量化研究,完成了底座的轻量化结构设计、制造及静态力学验证。结果表明:选用玻纤增强尼龙PA66+GF30材质、分体式对称结构、手糊成型工艺制造获得的轻量化底座相比原铸钢材质的底座可实现减重80%的效果;通过静态力学验证,在圆管底部焊接金属底板厚度为5 mm,并将底座筋板由原来的5 mm厚度增加到10 mm,进一步优化了底座的轻量化结构。By using 3D software modeling,finite element CAE analysis and 3D printing rapid prototyping,the lightweight research of a certain type of commercial vehicle fender bracket base was carried out from three aspects of material selection,structure optimization design and process manufacturing,and the lightweight structure design,manufacturing and static mechanical verification of the base were completed.The results show that the lightweight base made by glass fiber reinforced nylon PA66+GF30 material,split symmetrical structure and hand lay-up process can achieve 80%weight reduction compared with the original cast steel base.Through the static mechanical verification,the thickness of the metal bottom plate welded at the bottom of the round pipe is 5 mm,and the thickness of the base rib plate is increased from 5 mm to 10 mm,the lightweight structure of the base is further optimized.
