摘　　要：目的观察阿加曲班联合双抗治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法将75例急性缺血性脑卒中患者根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组(n=34)与观察组(n=41)。对照组采用常规疗法治疗,观察组采用阿加曲班联合双抗治疗。比较两组患者的临床效果。结果治疗后,两组的NIHSS评分、全血黏度(高切)、全血黏度(低切)均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前、后,两组的APTT、PT、FIB水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿加曲班联合双抗治疗急性缺血性脑卒中患者的效果显著,能够改善患者的NIHSS评分,降低血栓形成风险,治疗过程中患者的凝血功能不受到明显影响,用药安全性良好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of argatroban combined with double antibody in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 75 patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into control group(n=34)and observation group(n=41)by different treatment methods.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the observation group was treated with argatroban combined with double antibody.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score,the whole blood viscosity(high shear)and whole blood viscosity(low shear)of the two groups decreased,and those of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in APTT,PT and FIB level between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Argatroban combined with double antibody in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke has a significant effect,it can improve the NIHSS score and reduce the risk of thrombosis.The coagulation function of patients is not significantly affected during the treatment,and the drug safety is good.
