祛邪消积汤加减治疗胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴结转移癌患者的效果

摘　　要：目的探究祛邪消积汤加减治疗胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴结转移癌患者的效果。方法选择2018年1月至2019年1月收治的80例胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴结转移癌患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组接受常规放化疗干预,试验组则在对照组的基础上实施祛邪消积汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果试验组的治疗总有效率为85.00%,高于对照组的62.50%(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的CD8^(+)低于对照组,CD4^(+)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组的VEGF、CA199、CEA水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组的不良反应总发生率为22.50%,低于对照组的67.50%(P<0.05)。结论祛邪消积汤应用于胃癌根治术后腹腔淋巴结转移癌患者的治疗中,可改善患者的免疫指标及血清肿瘤标志物水平,获得较好的治疗效果,且安全性好,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified Quxie Xiaoji decoction in the treatment of patients with abdominal lymph node metastasis after radical gastrectomyfor gastric cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with abdominal lymph node metastasis after radical gastrectomy from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and experimental group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine radiotherapy and chemotherapy intervention,while the experimental group was treated with modified Quxie Xiaoji decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 85.00%,which was higher than62.50%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD8^(+)in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the CD4^(+),CD3^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF,CA199 and CEA in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 22.50%,which was lower than 67.50%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Quxie Xiaoji decoction applied to the treatment of patients with abdominal lymph node metastasis after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can improve the immune indexes and the levels of serum tumor markers,and obtain better therapeutic effect and good safety,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
