摘　　要：作为糖肽类抗生素家族中发现的首个分子,万古霉素长久以来都被认为是多重耐药革兰氏阳性菌的最后一道防线。本文利用几个叙述视角不一的短故事,串起了万古霉素发现和发展的全过程,通俗易懂地介绍了万古霉素,并介绍了一些与万古霉素相关的生物化学和有机化学的概念。As the first molecule found in glycopeptide antibiotic family,vancomycin has been considered as the last line of defense for multidrug-resistant Gram-positive bacteria for a long time.In this paper,we utilized several short stories from different narrative perspectives to summarize the whole process of discovery and development of vancomycin.Furthermore,we also introduced some biochemical and organic concepts related to vancomycin at the same time.
