摘  要:为提高引伸计标定器的校准效率,根据引伸计标定器的结构特点及工作原理,设计了一种基于激光干涉仪的引伸计标定器示值校准系统,对校准系统的结构原理及工作流程进行了介绍,并搭建了激光干涉镜和反射镜集成于一体的示值校准系统。采用该系统对引伸计标定器的示值进行了校准,对校准结果进行了不确定度评定,并使用量块对评定的不确定度结果进行了验证。结果表明,该系统具有结构简单、操作方便、性能稳定、效率较高的特点,能够满足引伸计标定器示值的计量要求,可为配备与构建更高精度、更高效率等级的引伸计标定器示值的校准标准器具提供参考。In order to improve the efficiency of calibrating extensometer calibrator,a calibration system for the indication of extensometer calibrator based on laser interferometer was designed according to the structural characteristics and working principle of extensometer calibrator.The structure principle and work flow of calibration system were introduced,and the calibration system for indication was built that integrated laser interferometer and reflector.The indication of extensometer calibrator was calibrated by using the calibration system.The calibration result was evaluated for uncertainty,and the uncertainty result was verified by using gauge block.The results indicate that the calibration system based on laser interferometer has the characteristics of simple structure,convenient operation,stable performance and high efficiency,which can meet the measurement requirement of calibrator extensometer,and can provide a reference for the development and construction of calibration device for indication of calibrator extensometer with higher accuracy and higher efficiency.
