摘  要:针对工业生产中大尺寸螺纹螺距的检测问题,提出了一种基于线激光位移传感器的螺距测量方法。该方法通过安装在待测工件正上方的线激光位移传感器,获取螺纹标准轮廓信息。首先通过设定阈值,截取波峰段轮廓。再利用波峰提取算法提取波峰求解螺距。为了解决轮廓采集过程中点缺失问题,提出了一种B样条曲线拟合采样点弥补缺失算法,提高了螺距的测量精度。最后通过实验验证,该方法测量速度快、测量误差保持在0.05 mm范围内,具有较高的测量精度。Aiming at the problem of detecting the thread pitch of large-size threads in industrial production,a thread pitch measurement method based on a linear laser displacement sensor was proposed.This method obtained the thread standard profile information through the linear laser displacement sensor installed above the workpiece to be measured.Firstly,the contour of the crest section was intercepted by setting the threshold.Then the crest extraction algorithm was used to extract the crest value to calculate the pitch.In order to solve the problem of missing points in the contour acquisition process,a B-spline curve fitting sampling point compensation algorithm was proposed,and the measurement accuracy of the pitch was improved.Finally,it is verified by experiments that the method has fast measurement speed,and the measurement error within the range of 0.05 mm,which has high measurement accuracy.
