摘  要:“遗传学实验”是最重要的基础实验课之一。该课程的多个实验内容涉及到染色体的显微观察。在这些实验的教学过程中引入显微互动教学系统,不但增强了教师授课的效果、提升了课堂指导的效率、加强了教师对教学过程的监控性,还使教师对学生实验结果的考察更具有科学性。受到了教师和学生的一致好评,从整体上提升了“遗传学实验”的教学质量。The genetics experiment is one of the most important basic experimental courses. It involves microscopic observation of chromosome in the teaching of some experiments. Try to apply the microscopic interactive teaching system in the experiment teaching, we found that both the effect of teaching, efficiency of classroom guides and the control of teaching were improved, and the teacher’s evaluation of the students’ experimental results was more scientific. This was unanimously appreciated by the teachers and students. On the whole, the teaching quality of genetics experiment was advanced greatly.
