摘　　要：随着乡村振兴战略实施及农业农村现代化建设,对农业工程类大学生创新创业能力培养提出了较高要求。分析了当前我国大学生创新创业实践教育现状及存在的问题,以山东农业大学机械与电子工程学院为例,构建了普惠型农业工程类大学生层级式创新创业平台及其人才培养模式,通过提升实验中心功能、建设实训平台、整合教学资源、重视师资和制度建设、开展普惠制创新创业活动等多种措施,将创新创业教育全方位、多层次、阶梯式参与到人才培养的整个过程。多年的实践结果表明,该平台及培养模式取得了良好的实施效果。Following the implementation of rural revitalization strategy and agricultural modernization,higher requirements of innovation and entrepreneurship ability for agricultural engineering undergraduates will be demanded.The recent education status and problems of innovation and entrepreneurship ability for agricultural engineering undergraduates were analyzed.As a sample for mechanical and electronic engineering college of Shandong Agricultural University,the innovation and entrepreneurship platform and personnel training mode with inclusive and cascading characteristics were established.Various measures such as improving functions of experimental center,building training platforms,integrating teaching resources,attaching importance to constructing the teacher team and system,developing innovation and entrepreneurship events,and so on,were carried out.The innovation and entrepreneurship education will be omni-directional,multi-level and stepwise to participate in the whole process of talent training.The practice results for many years indicated that excellent implementation effect of the platform and training mode was obtained.
